Gabriel has been adopted by the Reaching Out Foundation. Hence, we occasionally feature stories in relation to his activities to enable him to receive the much-needed support towards his education and daily living.
Gabriel has been invited to participate in this Arts forum. I know that as part of his ability to express himself and to speak for others with such severe and enduring disabilities, this platform would provide Gabriel with another opportunity to communicate effectively about not only his challenges but the needs of others, with the view to improving their lot.
